1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Forfaits IPTV (hereinafter "the Seller") and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on forfaitsiptv.services.

By placing an order on our site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.

2. Services Offered

Forfaits IPTV sells IPTV subscriptions providing access to television and VOD content via the Internet. The essential characteristics of each service (number of channels, video quality, duration, price) are detailed on the corresponding product pages.

IPTV services are provided "as is" and depend on the quality of the Customer's Internet connection and the compatibility of their equipment.

3. Order and Payment

3.1 Ordering Process

The Customer selects the desired plan, provides the information necessary for service delivery, and proceeds with payment. The order is confirmed after payment validation.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum)

All payments are secure and processed by trusted third-party providers.

3.3 Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order.

4. Service Delivery

After payment validation, the Customer receives their login credentials by email within a typical timeframe of a few minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

An installation guide is provided to facilitate service configuration on the Customer's devices.

In case of delivery issues, the Customer may contact our technical support.

5. Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are taken out for the duration indicated at the time of order (generally 12 months). At the end of this period, the subscription automatically ends without tacit renewal.

Customers wishing to renew their subscription must place a new order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations for digital services, the right of withdrawal does not apply to IPTV services once login credentials have been provided and the service activated.

By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

7. Warranty and Support

Forfaits IPTV commits to providing a functional service throughout the subscription period. In case of technical malfunction attributable to the service, our technical team will intervene to resolve the issue.

Technical support is available by email. Typical response times are 24 to 48 hours.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for:

• Service interruptions due to the Customer's Internet connection
• Service incompatibility with certain equipment
• The use made by the Customer of the service
• Content accessible through the service

The Customer is solely responsible for their use of the service and agrees to comply with legislation in force in their country of residence.

9. Service Usage

The Customer agrees to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial use
• Not share their login credentials
• Not attempt to modify, decompile or exploit the service
• Respect intellectual property rights

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate service suspension without refund.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Modification of Terms

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of order.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
